SeaBurd wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we do accept returns. Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Items should be returned as received in their original packaging. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Custom orders are also non-refundable, unless they are found to be faulty. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons earrings are not eligible for a refund, unless they are found to be faulty. SeaBurd Jewellery doesn't accept responsibility for any returns that become lost in transit. Where possible, please use a tracked postage service.
When returning a package, make sure to include your name, address, email and reason for the return. Send the package to the SeaBurd address we'll send you on email. Items returned without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
If an item received arrives damaged or incorrect please contact Hayley@SeaBurdJewellery.co.uk to arrange a replacement (where applicable) and/or return. Faulty items will be refunded in full including any postage charges. Replacement items will not be refunded.
